Sir, my name:nikunj chawla, account no :[protected]. Crn no.:[protected]. I was promised privy league account of 0 balance. I got debit card of privy league but cheque book is of kotak pro savings account and even details of my account doesnt show privy account. I did complaint regarding same 1 month ago. I got assurance from mr. Palak that account details will be corrected within 48 hours. After that minimum 7-8 times i called him. His replies are "you call me in 20 minz, i am busy". Next reply: "you call me by evening", next, :"mistake is of our staff mr. Vishal nakrani, i will correct it" next reply: "if you get charged for non maintenance of minimum balance, dont worry i will get waived off" next reply: sir, i am talking to my seniors, i will get it done."
This is going on since last 1 month. Mr. Palak is in varachha branch, surat. His phone no :[protected]. Last week i got fed up of all these excuses and requested him to please send me form for account closure. Still no follow up, no calls. I request you to please solve this matter and being so renowned bank customers do expect good service. These types of replies are not the one that solves customer problem. We were looking forward to shift our current account in your bank but honestly speaking, seeing this level of customer service i cant even think to do so. I expect positive reply from your end and request you to get account in privy league and if it cant be done then let me know, i will close the account. Was this information helpful? |
