Kotak Mahindra Bank — complaint against the vasai east branch | |||
My wife went to the vasai east branch on 4 aug 18 to open a saving account, the sales executive told that it will open in 5 to 7 but till date that's on 23 aug 18 the account is not open, everyone is giving excuses but no one called us, when we went personally to the branch to know the status of account so they told account will open in 24 hrs but still the account is not opened, after 18 days they are telling that it will take 4 to 5 days so i told them to hold the form because nowadays account opens in 24 hrs with other banks, so i want to complaint against vasai east branch and specially against mr yadav the sales person and pallavi patil because if they would have done their work properly the account would have been open. No one is even bothered to call from Kotak and appolize, what kind of bank are they running.
