[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — concern regarding charges made which was improper | |||
My husband opened an account with kotak bank thippasandra branch. The person who opened it told that there was something called family savings account which is a zero balance account. So i opened an account which should have been a 0 balance account. The person who opened an account forgot to update the promo code. Because of this amount of rupees 531 and 413 in the month of july. We went to bank and they reversed rupees 350 and 450. So the difference amount of rupees 144 wasn't reversed saying that it is gst. Then we said ok and we raised our complaint to update the promo code again in july. Then there wasn't any update about it till november.in november i was again charged rupees 413 and 413. So we went to bank and they reversed rupees 350 and 350. Again the difference amount 126 is gst. So this time i raised my concern and asked the branch to reverse the 126 also. Because one time i can pay for other person's mistake. This is the second time i'm charged hence i'm ready to pay 126 for another person's negligence. I'm asking the branch to pay me 126 as it is there employees mistake. But the executives speak as if they are doing some favor for me. And no one from the branch apologized for this mistake Was this information helpful? | |||
