I have taken a loan for washing machine from Kotak Mahindra Bank in April 2021. My installment used to be deducted from my account but once There was no balance in account hence it was deducted after one day and I was asked to pay the penalty of Rs. 750/-, which I have paid. Now in December 2021, after deducting all my installments. Kotak is sending messages for penalty, sometimes it is for depositing Rs.975/- and sometimes Rs. 1500/-. The concerned bank is not ready to listen and when trying to contact online people, they are not having any reasons for such messages. Now they are asking me to pay Rs.225/- to sort out the matter. How a reputed bank can do like this? They charge money on the calling number hence I call from my number other than registered number. See the dual standard of Kotak people, they can receive call from my other number but cant send notifications on whatsapp of other number. I never get any email regarding this. My consumer durable loan number is CFB4220329. Please solve the problem and also instruct all advisors to give clear cut hidden charges to the costumer, so that no one suffers like me.
