Kotak Mahindra Bank — Corporate salary account

I have one current account having CRN[protected].After that i open 20 corporate salary saving account. It was asked to me that u can transfer salary to ur employees using either bank manual process by sending excel or by using net Banking and putting word Salary in description. I did by 2nd way. I did it 6 months and nothing happen.After 6 months they deducted 1500 from every account. 15 account they deducted 1500 each.

Now i asked them to refund it but no one is listening. I made 100 calls and no one is listening. What ever has been promised but no one is listening.

I mailed Rohit Kapoor also but he is not doing anything.

Dear Mr. Fattah,

Wish to inform you that, salary credit is done via fund transfer which is not considered for NMC waiver. Hence, we are unable to reverse charges.

Trust our bank official have guided you have process to be followed for NMC waiver.

I was asked by your official person to transfer the salary via Net Banking and write the word salary in description.

There i did in same way.

If Kotak told me in same way then who is responsible.

Kotak should understand this and do not cheat customer.
