[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — CPP is initiated without my confirmation | |
Kotak Mahindra Bank charged INR 2199.00 RS from my salary account without my confirmation. I received a call regarding CPP plan details from Kotak Mahindra Bank's customer care. they explained to me what the plan is and all those types of details. After that, they transferred the call to another customer care employee for other details. In this whole scenario, I haven't asked them to initiate the CPP membership. While they charged me I didn't receive an SMS notification, that's why I wasn't able to complain about this particular issue. Desirable Resolution expecting: Cancel my CPP membership immediately and refund the deducted amount.
