I had given m complaint on 14/07/2022, but there is no good response from Kotak Bank, since I have complained, it has started bothering me even more, three to four people a day whatsapp and call from different numbers. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) I am being threatened from all these numbers, I request you to take some action against them. I have already complained that I have given below
According to the bank employee, I made the payment but did not close my account, did fraud with me, now the bank employee says that mail id is wrong, they are threatening, I got upset with them, their branches do not help, if they call in the call center, then they speak Employee left we can not do anything please help hey Kotak Mahindra Bank employee Sandeep Kumar Singh whose mail id is sandeepkumar.[protected]@kotak.com This letter came from mail still my account was not closed. And he's troubling too much
