I am getting daily call from kotak mahindra bank credit card payment section, call is with respect to payment for credit card annual card charges. I clearly told i never used this card or requested for any credit card, they told me there is no payment involved and its free card and sent me this card 2 years back. Now they want me to pay credit card annual fee i told 5 to 6 times that i am not gonna pay any amount for the card which i never used even for once. Now a days i am getting call on daily basis for payment.
I have an existing loan and i have a very good relationship with kotak. They even started using kind of threatening words. This kind of customer care really frustrating and disappointing. Was this information helpful? |
