I have applied credit card 2 week ago. All the verification has been done on office address as well as residential but still my application has been declined by saying that your verification has not been done at residential address. But verification has been done at my residential address on 6 april. Please dont bias the customer

Updated by ska971099 I have applied credit card on 02/04/19 and all the verification has been done residence address as well as office address. shahdara vishwas nagar branch told me you have pre approved offer in your account then i applied for credit card. now they are declined my credit card by saying i am not eligible for credit card they are not giving me reason at all. please resolve it
