Can anyone help me telling how can any bank charge service tax and interest for Rs.1000 due in someone's credit card for 4 times on same date? For 1000 rupees due, they have charged Rs. 669 as interest and service tax. That too, the payment was made well before the last payment date. KOTAK Bank...You are great. I need help from consumer forum. These people charges service tax and interests as many times as they want.they always charges some amount without our notice.previously also they have charged wrongly.this time it came to my notice as i have checked the transaction history.
