[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card blocking | |||||
Kotak bank had blocked the credit card and gave me no reason for blocking the card and then because they had blocked the card, i decided to cancel the credit card and when i called, their customer care told me to submit a request after clearing outstanding bill. Funny part is, till today i didn't received my first bill. Yes card got blocked after 5days of receipt. I never wanted the card to be blocked by the bank which is the only reason for me to cancel this credit card. They're not telling the exact reason, only saying that its due to internal banking guidelines. After my card got blocked i got a welcome call from kotak and received a pin through post. Jun 6, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Nothing has taken by company till now. They didn't called me even once for this issur Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

First call was regarding my issue, that i rated them bad, reason behind that etc. Then he said that he'll check the issue and call back.
After 1minute he called and said the solution in simple way. 'We can't do anything, as it is due to internal banking guidelines, sorry for you sir'. That's how the conversation ended. What an ending. Keep it ur good work kotak.
