Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card blocking without intimation | |||||
Bank has block my credit card with out any intimation, with out bill generation of credit card they ask for payment of outstanding amount. after payment only they will unblock the card said by two customer care person. after payment, today another customer care person says to re apply for new card. they can not request for the same, upon request they said that their manager will call me in 4 hours but i haven't got any call.
