[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card fraud transaction | |||
Hi.. I was using kotak mahindr bank credit card. On my credit card fraud transaction done without my knowledge in the month of july-25th-17 and the same issue escalated to kotak bank and have shared all the proofs. They said that this will be solved within 30 days but till the time they didn't responded and i was sending reminder mails to them but no one is responding. Initially they said this fraud amount transactions will not reflect in my credit card statement but recently i got the statement with fraud transaction also. I finally decide to close the credit card and not willing pay single paise and i will be issuing legal notice to kotak bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
