Dear sir, I am Dhiraj having a kotak mahindra credit card. I have received a msg and one fraud transaction have taken place. The transaction amount rs.2675.59 dated 26.04.2018 at bilingaidlive.com has been done on My Kotak mahindra credit card no : xxxx xxxx xxxx 2535 Kindly look into the matter and revert the money debited from the account. My agent commission was not paid by kotak insurence and i sent more than 10 complaints to them by email and by courier but no reply received. now i received mail saying am terminated but without paying my commsiion amount. kindly do the needful..
