Kotak Mahindra Bank — Credit Card Full Amount Collection | |||
I have a Kotak Bank Credit Card, the Minimum Due Amount is Rs 15, 562.14 and Total Amount Due is Rs 27, 400.55 as on 4th Nov 2020. My last due date is 10th Nov 2020. Today, as in 4th Nov 2020, I am receiving an email from consumerassets.[protected]@kotak.com, regarding full amount (Rs 55, 230) to be paid within 3 days, or they would take some legal action against me, which is not mentioned clearly. What type of mental harassment is this from the bank? Is this how they treat their customers during the time of this pandemic, where I lost my job in June this year. I was not granted moratorium too by this bank. Can I take some legal action against this bank? Was this information helpful? | |||

I paid more then settelement amount for kotak credit card but still they're calling me and my family and abusing us on daily basis. Can you suggest taking an action against them.
