I had online apply for Balance Transfer Rs.70000/- and next day I receive a call from Kotak Bank, he asking my wages, I told them presently I get only Rs.13000/-, he replied me your are not eligible for balance transfer. I use my other source I paid my Standard Chartered Bank total due amount Rs.63270/-. But in between without any intimation, the Kotak bank transfer balance transfer of Rs.70000/- to my Standard Chartered bank credit card account. I called them and told them I paid my Standard Chartered Bank total due amount and request them to cancel the balance transfer. but Kotak bank no response, repeatedly called, but then there was a slow response from Kotak Bank, they told me is in under process. On 12th May 2021 I returned the full amount of balance transfer (Rs.70000/-) to Kotak Bank and request them to reverse the Processing fee and GST (I got a call from your senior officer Shri Ramdhan Yadav as per conversation, I send my standard chartered bank credit card statements for the month of March, April 2021 and Saraswat Bank Statement on his bank mail ID, apart from senior officer Shri Ramdhan Yadav). After few days I login to my Kotak Bank, and seen the processing fee and GST charges not yet reverse, then again I mailed them to reverse me processing fee and GST. I mail as well as call but I have not received any satisfactory answer till date. On the other hand, I made full payment to Kotak Bank in July 2021 and the bank charged me late fees and GST. After so many calls they reverse me late payment charges, But it was said that GST is mandatory.
