As per the inbox revert I have paid all the bill amount for the last and upcoming bill statement. But you have got rejected to reverse the amount.
I was requesting you to reverse the amount for the penalty imposed on the card. There was a hope that it will get reversed but not happened.
I am a loyal customer for Kotak bank for so long and I raised a request for the penalty to be de-imposed as it is not for the payment not made on time.
You told that I have to make a payment then you will do reversal and I have done the bill payment for the upcoming statement too.
Again I am requesting you to kindly reverse the amount other wise my humble request you to close my credit card as you all payment already made. I will get another bank credit card.
I am holding kotak bank credit card for so long, don't let me close this card, there are so many bank are provided the card and they are able to reverse the amount if it is charged for late payment. Why don't Kotak bank do ?
