Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card limit reduced and debt collectors harassment

I have learnt that my credit limit has been reduced to rs 22k and my minimum due is rs 56k. Last month also my credit limit was reduced. I am not satisfied with the service of the bank and since it has been identified that you are forcing me to know & hampering my credit score. I do not have money to pay and stop the collectors to harassing me. I am looking for a resolution for my complaint. I do not agree with the reduction of credit limit and i am mentally harassed by this action. Month on month the credit limit is being reduced and increasing the burden on me.

I have made all the emi payment on time and there is no payment left my credit limit is increased to. Then what is the reason my card is blocked. Your customer care exe don't tell anything they don't even know anything. Please advise.
