Hey kotak team, i have never received any credit card from kotak mahindra but your bank keeps sending billing message to me. Could you either please stop sending me mail/messages regarding the due or send the actual credit card? Your ivr option doesn't even let us communicate with your customer service executive. Documents for investment account submitted on 21 st October 2017. Still no response. Further there is no proper reply on enquiry. I have enquired twice at kotak mahindra kalyan branch at santoshi mata road. The staff are simply procrastinating. I felt like I am at a government office ! I want to open my investment account immediately Please help

Surprised to see that even without acceptance of kotak credit card application that was sent to me on mail, Card have been issued on my name. Furthermore card was not received but SMS of due amount got on mobile.
1. How card can be activated even if it is not received.
2. False information given by credit card sales executive that there will be no charges for the card.
Kindly do not let your reputation down in the banking sector
