Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card - pathetic service

I am suffering to get my reissued credit card from last two months. Twice i placed the request to reissue the card and deliver it on my new address. After telling and giving the message to the customer care representative its not properly delivering to next person. From last 20th aug, i was called to customer care people and explain everything that time they didn’t even informed me about anything regarding address or they can’t give it to another person. They were keeping me on hold and after call was disconnecting. I was requested for the manager to speak with manager is never available in the branch to speak to client. Sometime customer care representative is disconnecting the call in half discussion only. I am even sending mails and getting auto and framed reply bank from bank officers. On 15thsept i called 3 times and representative disconnected the call and twice i got the message thank you for calling kotak mahindra bank. All false commitment kotak mahindra is giving to the client.
In last month of july, i request to change my address and provided them my aadhar card copy and i revised the mail that my address is changed after that whenever i am calling bank they are reconfirming with the same address which is newly updated and the credit card they are sending on my old address where i am not staying and not even working there. I was requested for the representative to handover the card to my mother as i am on business trip still the message has not been passed to courier person. If they can’t not handover to other person they should inform me on the same time but they said yes, they can deliver to the person present their upon delivery. On 15th sept i called to courier person and he is saying he did not received any message for the bank and he cannot deliver to anyone other than me. I called 3 times today on 17th sept and reprentative do not have any information they are connecting me to manager and manager is not available to pick the call was holding the call 15 min each time.

It was my great experience working with kotak mahindra. Please block my all the request for credit card and bank account i don’t want to keep the relation with false bank when they cannot deliver proper services to their client.
