[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card payment calls - annoying

Keep on getting calls from kotak mahindra bank and forcing me to pay the credit card bills though the due date was there. Got a call from [protected] this number and guy called satish spoke. He was using filthy language and threating that will move my card to cibil. He was telling that i can't complain about him and when i asked that i need to talk to his manager he told he was the manager and everything over there. Moreover he was asking last month i paid on 25th and song why i didn't pay this month. My due date is on 6th nov and i does online payment. What is the necessity for me to pay the bills early? It's my wish and can pay anytime i want before the due date.

Tried to reach kotak customer care but no luck.
