Dear sir, This is manjunatha d i have bank account in kotak mahindra bank and i have credit card also. Last month i made a payment of my credit card amount 1627rs it has been debited 2 times automatically, immediately i request to solve the problem at shimoga branch, till now there is no response i called so many time to customer care number no use please help me how can get my money.
