Hi I am using kotak credit card but due to financial crisis I am unable to pay this month emi not even to pay other loans and lender amount. I don't know when will this situation will good . I left my job and started my own business but due to COVID it get closed and my saving and loans taken from other lenders are burden on me. My family is depending on me . Earlier everything is going good but as now I am unable to pay any of the loans. I am mentally frusted due to this and I don't want that this should proceed to recovery and they start harrassing me. As I request kotak to see my loans and card history I never bounce any of the payment . I request you to please settle this as soon as possible. I mail many times to kotak but no revert from there side.
