Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card payment follow up | |||||
My name is mandar mandavkar, my contact no is [protected]. I am having kotak bank credit card my card no: [protected]. I am using this card since last 11 months, i have no payment due on card till date, from this month kotak customer care calling daily 8-10 times asking for making a payment toward card my bill due date is every month of 23rd. 3-4 times i had told them i will pay the amount on 24-25 due to some issue, even after they call & ask the same question again and again. I had paid all my credit card bills on time if i didnt able to paid on time, i had paid it with interest. Why again these people call & harass consumer, who paying bills on time. i have saving account and demat account in your bank, but the worst service i have ever seen in other bank.so i request u to take severe action onthis orelse plz close my account.Demat account person dheeraj his way of talking and service is too worst.
