Dear Sir, we have lost my job in covid-19, and there is no way to pay the outstanding amount of credit card. Recovery agent offer me to pay the rs. 120, 000.00 in one short. but we are enable to arrange the whole amount at that time. We are able to pay only Rs. 70, 000.00 in one short. we are trying to contact bank manger, customer care, etc. but there is no response.
