[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — credit card settlement of my kotak credit card

This is in regards to to my kotak mahindra credit card as recently i got married and not in a state to continue using this card hence i would like to do the settlement of my credit.
I would also like to complain about the way i have been treated by credit collection team agent as i'm running short of money hence i have only paid half of the due amount and informed the agent that later half i'll pay in 4-5 days and requested him politely that do not disturb me right now to this agent called me poor and beggar.
At this very moment i have decided that i will not continue with this credit card anymore.

Earlier also i have posted complain here but due to my office hours could not attend call.

I'm on week off today hence would really appreciate if anyone can contact me today anytime that would great.

Nothing I have not been contacted by anyone and they have marked my complain as resolve. Lier people Please help to resolve this asap.
