Very unsatisfied from the service of kotak. Not able to find even any branch near to wardha and not able to deactivate account. And they are saving low maintanance balance are applicable. First rise your network. How is possible to go more than 100kms to deactivate account and wasting whole 1 day.

There should be service provide to apply online request for deactivation of account. If i had salary account and currently i'm no longer member of the organization. Why should i use this account. An how is possible to more than 1000kms to go for homebranch for this kind of requests.
