I am using 811 mobile bankig app today i decided to book reserved my train seat thats why i am open app book ticket but finally i have don't recieve any reservation message.. And my account balance is debited money.. Why.. I want return my money because i have not received any ticket message.. So please help me

Kotak Mahindra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have performed IMPS transaction to wrong account number as i received from my beneficiary. I wanted to roll back this transaction. I have called and spoke to Kotak mahindra Bank but there is no response yet on this.
