[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Debit card and non maintenance charges | |||
I opened a saving account in Kotak in July 2016, the representative told me that i will recieve the debit card and othe documents within one week.. But till today January 2017, i did not recieve my debit card and other credentials. Moreover since september they are deducting non maintenance charges also. When talking to them they give one and other excuses such as card is personalised with photo and all..we will do the reversal of the money... it got missed with courier personals etc. I cannot even see my account whats going on.. I dont have any credentials to check and they are deducting NMC month after month Was this information helpful? | |||
