Kotak Mahindra Bank — Debit card not received yet but annual fees deducted from account | |||||
On 18th of MARCH, 2017 i received a call from kotak bank for some zero balance account. i applied to KOTAK, like zero balance account on[protected] and i Transfer 5000 INR to bank then and there for same i have got receipt from then. i received cheq book on[protected] but didnt received debit card yet i complaint on customer care for this and they registered my complain and after 2 days kotak call me and say that sir we dont have knowledge for this debit card kindly visit to your branch ..I mean Really... i called a man who opened my account he said that sir sorry u have to apply for another debit card he said im on holidays for 8 days when i come ill apply for u i mean what the **** is this ...and THE BEST and main part is the ****ing kotak bank cut 350 rupees from my balance as a annual debit card fees that i havent received yet i didnt receive card ... account open man said u have to apply for another card and bank deduct 350 rupees for debit card...i want complain that kotak bank is frauder do not open account...and i need my money back or debit card asap VERY DISPAPPOINTED FROM YOUR SERVICES, DIDN'T EXPECT THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM YOU PEOPLE.
