Kotak Mahindra Bank — debit card permanently blocked without customers permission | |||||
Kotak is the worst bank in terms of service, i had called on 29/08/2017 to complaint against the recharge amount that debited however the transaction was failed. The worst happened was the customer care executive blocked my debit card permanently. Apart from this there are many other issues as well. Kotak is worst bank in terms of customer service.
