Hi sir/madam,
On saturday (04/03/2017) i've used my debit card for purchase and it seems amount of rs. 24530 has been debited from my account, but the same has been cancelled in debit card pos machine (Transaction failed).
I've raised a service request sr#1-[protected] on 05/03/2017 for this issue. I got an update from the support team on 06/03/2017 stating that the issue has been raised to the relevant department.
As it's almost 10 days still my amount is not credited to my account. I didn't get any update from the support team as well on current status. Need to know which team is currently working on it? And how long it'll take to resolve the issue as i've provided you the cancellation slip.
