[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — Debit card transaction declined at merchant side but money is deducted from my account | |||
Name Atul kumar Verma CRN[protected] The merchant at lenevo shop nehru place delhi, swipe my debit card to deduct 21, 900 from my account on date 14 july 2016, the transaction status shown declined at merchant side, but when swiped again i got message that transaction is declined due to insufficient balance means there was deduction from first transaction. Now shop owner is saying that they have no amount received in their merchant account. So i am not sure that what is happening in this case, i want my money back to account, Generally in these cases money reverted back in 24 hrs. i called customer support but no satisfactory response.
