Kotak Mahindra Bank — debit charges still zero balance account wrong misguided customer | |||||
My kotak bank account [protected] yogita ambalal patil we have kotak account two year back, we are not using it but 2 month back we went kotak to activate account & executive told me to convert it into zero balance account we said 1500 debit charges same maintenance fees need to pay, Then we done zero balance account. And put 25k cheque but out of it they debit 7k and we told them so they said its charges so no ethical statement kotak bank bhandarkar road pune branch, so they told me we wave off charges so still they return 4200 only, and same days back they against take 3000 as charges No ethical statement no services at all so kotak take mine 6000 as charges and they misguide me Was this information helpful? | |||||
