Kotak Mahindra Bank — Deceased claim

Hi Team, This is Venkata kotamma from Kondakaur branch, my husband deceased one year back 29/07/2020. Before deceased date he deposited 90000. We provided all required documents to get that money.. But the manager is prolonging from last one year saying internet is not coming/ system is not working like that.
Could you please help me to resolve this issue as its completed one year.
