Am anthony mahimai with account number [protected]. This month i have charged for tbms, since this is a zero balance account. A complete fraud is this from kotak bank. Planning to take this issue to higher level and will have to close my account with you people and ensure you are refunding my money back. Totally unhappy with u people same day money is been detected for thrice. Looking for your immediate response. Before i take the matter into social media do the needful.
