Kotak Mahindra Bank — Deducted rs 1400 from my account without any intimation | |||||
Hi Sir, I am the salary account holder of Kotak Mahindra Bank and my account number is [protected]. On Saturday 30.06.2017 I have withdrawn Rs 200 from ATM and there was Rs 10700 on my account but after that transaction I got message that my balance is Rs 9213.11 there was short of around Rs 1400 without any intimation and also I'm not able to see any deduction in my statement for that amount. So I walked into Malleshwaram Branch and informed the same and they said need to contact your branch where it is located in sarajapur and give the letter to them so that they will refund it or else you can send am email to this id att.[protected]@kotak.com. As per their advice i have sent an email to above id and i got the call from the customer care that they can't refund the amount since i have not maintained the account balance as per their policy, but no one as informed us anything that it will be deducted and also no i haven't got any email or message that it will going deducted from my account. They have directly deducted from account it was became very burden for me, I have just kept the amount to pay the school fees to my son. Please do the needful and resolve my issue at the earliest. I just open the 811 account and i revied the atm card and account number and after 2months one more account recvied the atm card soo i dnt want to edge account
