Kotak Mahindra Bank — deducting charges without my knowledge

Hi team, i am being charged inr 885 for my debit card in my account without my knowledge for the past few years. It is deducted silently without any kind of notification on email or on my mobile number. I was also never notified of the hefty charge when i signed up or in between otherwise me or no one will ever pay 900 for just a debit card when it is free for any bank in india. This is not good practice. Please stop any further deductions and also refund all previous deductions for this purpose. I already put a complaint on your call centre but they didn't resolve it so writing here.
