[Resolved] Kotak Mahindra Bank — deduction of money for unsuccessful credit card transaction | |||
Today (April 2nd, 2018) I used my credit card ( no. [protected]) at 4.50 p.m at ARUN ICECREAMS and Rs.45 was debited from my credit card available limit. But the shopkeeper told that the transaction was unsuccessful and used the card again for which another Rs.45 was debited. Totally amount of Rs.90 was debited. But he told that both the transactions were unsuccessful. I got a message and I showed him the deductions but still he was not sure about the transactions. I humbly request you to clarify the same whether amount got deducted or not Was this information helpful? | |||

I having total credit limit of 15000. In that 1649 charge r u joking ?
First I m not interested and without my concern how they can deduct and how they r getting all details of my cards.
I want that 1649 amount back
