Kotak Mahindra Bank — Delay morethan 2 months of top up disbursement

Despite a sanctioned amount of ₹27.5 lakhs and completion of all required formalities, the disbursement has been unnecessarily delayed and done in a fragmented and unprofessional manner over months. The promised personal top-up component is still pending, even though the balance transfer was completed long ago.
This delay is causing serious financial inconvenience and reflects extremely poor service and commitment.
I request immediate disbursement of the pending amount as per agreement, failing which I will be forced to escalate this matter further to regulatory authorities.
