Dear all, I am escalating this mail to you because i have faced very bad experience on my personal loan with kotak. 1. I took 19+ lacs pl from kotak and now i want to close my loan due to bad experience with kotak and i had asked for foreclosure letter because i need to close it immediate but as per customer care, it will get proceed after deduction of next emi which will take 15+ days (Same request, i have done on 20th jan). 2. I have been told by the bank executive while taking pl from your bank that after 6 months, there is a clause that if my outstanding amount would be 10+ lacs there won’t be any foreclosure charges on that. Now customer care is asking for 5% foreclosure + gst. There is communication misalignment within the bank or i can say miscommunication to the customers. 3. In the competitive environment, kotak are disagreeing to give me waiver on foreclosure charges which was already agreed. I can’t accept that additional amount to close my loan. 4. Bank deals in no paper communication and with poor customer care quality in such competitive environment. 5. Considering mentioned points, kindly intervene in your process and provide me my foreclosure letter with agreed 0% foreclosure charges. I have open a account in Kotak mahindra bank, kanganpur road sirsa-125055 on before 3 week. Name of bank agent is Rinku.He not pick my call to given response for purpose of i have not receive atm card and cheque book. Poor service of Kotak mahindra bank
