Kotak Mahindra Bank — dispute in cash withdrawal from other bank atm

Hi,
I am prolay chakraborty i have an account in kotak bank, 21/11/2018 09:52:19 i was try to withdrawal 500 in sweep my debit card in karur vysya atm locations dr as rao nagar road 500062. Money not withdrawal but my balance was debited in my account. I was 100 time try to reached to kotak customer care but they did't pick up my call,
Even i was contact to near kotak branch, they are also not help me. Next day i was contact to kotak customer contact centre [protected], they raise a complaint service request number: sr#1-[protected], but still not refund my money. Please help me...
