Kotak Mahindra Bank — Disrespectful Behavior with Lady friend | |
Branch: Borivali (E) M.G. Road Incident time: 5th Feb 2021, Approx. 07:15 Pm Today my friend went to withdraw money from Kotak ATM. She received a torn note from the ATM, Kotak bank was connected to the ATM so she requested the security guy to exchange the note. Guy took the note, went inside, came back and said the bank is now closed so come tomorrow. She requested the guy to change the note today as coming tomorrow was not possible on which the guy adamantly said 'Chal Chal Nikal' (Get lost). Is this the way now staff will behave to the Kotak service users? This is how staff will respond to a lady customer? I expect strict actions should be taken with such staff and this should not happen again with anyone. Was this information helpful? | |
