Kotak Mahindra Bank — emi bounce charges amount

Hi,

This mahendra singh and i had a salary account with kotak mahindra bank provided my company. I have take a personal loan from kotak mahindra bank and paying emi on time. I left my previous company and joined new company and they provided other bank for my salary credit. Now i used to maintain minimum balance in my kotak bank but they still charged me for minimum balance 1000 per month. I asked them about this issue and they told your salary is not crediting to kotak so we are charging for this. I said it is not possible as my new company don't have option to credit salary to kotak. I requested them to close my account with options to pay emi via alternative like attach with my new salary bank account or give me loan account details. They didn't provide me option and closed the account. Due to this on emi got bounce as did not have options to pay it. I tried to reach their customer care multiple times but no luck. One fine day i got call from their collection department for emi bounce, i asked them to give me option to pay emi. That person given me my option to pay emi and i am paying emi on time without failing. But now i am getting harassment calls from kotak to pay emi bounce charges it has been increased to 12000. Please take some action and let me know who can help me on this.

I opened kotak account recently and it is blocked 2 months ago. I submit documents to unfreeze my account in my home branch. Still my account is blocked. My account details are
