[Resolved]  Kotak Mahindra Bank — EMI Moratorium (Personal Loan)rejection - Harassment not acceptable

Hello, I am not satisfied with handling of this request. Not sure why EMI moratorium request has been rejected as it is well within RBI guidelines. I have tried out to reach you helpline and waited long but could not connect. Also both your level 1 and level 2 escalation numbers (Mr K Vora and Mrs T Kamat) are switched off. I want the EMI moratorium to be approved and confirmed to me ASAP.
