Kotak Mahindra Bank — Failed Transaction | |||
I have transferred 25000 from my Kotak Bank account to my beneficiary account through IMPS[protected] which was debited on 06thh July 201 at 9:35 PM. However, never got credited to my beneficiary account. Raised a complaint 1-[protected] through customer support of Kotak bank also went to the bank regarding the same. However, got a message that " Your dispute has been rejected because the transfer was successful". However, that is not the case. Was this information helpful? | |||
