Complain against mr. Naveen vashisth (Naveen. [protected]@kotak.com), ms. Divya mudgill (Divya. [protected]@kotak.com) and ms. Gunjan singh (Gunjan. [protected]@kotak.com) and ms. Swathi sharma who is the worst of them all. They have claimed that a loan was taken by me, mr. Inigo fernando in 2008 for rs. 3 lakhs.
I must say that i have never taken a loan from abm amro. A man came to me 20 years ago and through him around 20, 000 which i already paid around 15, 000 the same year.
I ask kotak for a statement and they say they dont have the records, how do they know the amount then. They are falsely putting a claim and tormenting my daughter and myself.
I am 65 years old and a sick man who is not working anymore, but they are calling 10 times a day and tormenting me. They are illegally trying to contact some random people who i knew in the past and my daughter's colleagues etc and tormenting them as well.
