Kotak Mahindra Bank — false promises and inappropriate information of credit card | |||
Hi, i have a credit card of kotak mahindra bank which is blocked from 6 months. I made a payment under reversal scheme after having a conversation with payment department. They said after payment they will unblock my card within 48 hours and after 48 hours i have to contact customer care executive of kotak mahindra bank for zero account so that i can use my card. This is not the first time they made a false promise.in december i paid rs. 8200 amount and the credit card department said that my card will be unblock. But it didn't happen. Again on march of this year they said to pay the full amount of reversal and my card will be unblock within 48 hours. I did that also on 19th march and they gave me the reversal letter. They said on 26th march, my card will be unblocked. From 26th march till a month i called everyday to cce of kmbl but they are telling me that my card is still blocked. I called alot of time to the payment department, every time they said that "tomorrow it will be unblocked". But after a month they said, my card will be unblocked after 90 days and now blocked my number. I wanted to make a complaint but cce refused to lodge a complaint against them.
