Kotak Mahindra Bank — Fastag charge back

I travelled to my hometown on 08th Dec 2024, Rs. 50 charged for one side and Rs. 25 need to be charged for the return before 24hrs. But the toll plaza charged Rs. 50 again for round trip.
I have raised complaint in kotak fastag app and they declined the complaint without any reason.
when I called customer care they told me that Rs. 25 was deducted extra for which there is no process of getting the money back.
when I approached NHAI customer care they insisted me to approach fastag customer care.
I have raised complaint for 2 time for which Kotak Mahindra declined my request. This is the 3rd time I have faced the issue.
