Kotak Mahindra Bank — foreclosure of car loan | |||
I purchased car and financed through Kotak loan of rs 550000 agreement no. CF12540496. At that time I was told that if I foreclose the loan I would not be paying any kind of interest or any kind of foreclose amount. But now I am prepaying the loan and said to pay prepayment interest for the amount. Why is that so. That is a case of misguiding the customer.
